Welcome
Hi, I’m Heather Hart…
…the founder of Candidly Christian. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for considering making a donation to support our ministry. I understand making a financial investment is an important decision and wanted to let you know how your money would help us.
Our ministry is the product of Christian women who are willing to get candid and share their struggles. We do it so other Christian women know they don’t walk through this life alone. We want you to know you don’t struggle alone. We want you to know that it’s okay if you don’t have it all together.
That said, running an online ministry such as Candidly Christian does have a cost behind it. You can see a brief overview of the cost involved below. Just know that your donations would make a huge difference in the lives of today’s Christian women.
Financial Overview
Email List Management
$34.64/month
Website Hosting
$47.96/month
Images & Graphics
$89.90/month
*Those three bills alone add up to over $150 and they don’t include things like internet access, domain registration, and other office expenses. Every donation made helps make this ministry possible.
Where this all began
Back around 2009 another Christian mom confessed to me that she didn’t have it all together. And she wasn’t just any mom, she was the mom I wanted to be.
She was our pastor’s daughter-in-law, super fit, and a stay-at-home, super mom who was part of the worship team and an international missionary. I’m telling you, she was everything a good Christian should be from my standpoint, and she knew her Bible inside and out. But she still struggled. She struggled with being a good mom. She struggled with depression. She struggled with all kinds of things I never would have guessed by seeing her at church and Bible study every week.
Her confession lifted a huge burden from me. It was like I realized it was okay to have struggles as a Christian woman. That I didn’t have to hide my imperfections. It was that conversation that led to the birth of Candidly Christian in 2016. I want other Christian women to know that they don’t struggle alone.
