Grace and Truth and My Identity In Christ

Rebecca Hastings is one of my all-time favorite bloggers. She has a way of looking at common struggles and shining a new light on them that makes them come alive in a whole new way. And that’s exactly what she has done in today’s featured post.

Last week on Grace and Truth, we talked about getting uncomfortable. It is Susan’s word for 2019. But this week, Rebecca Hastings is taking a totally different look at the word in her post, Comfortable with the Uncomfortable.

Rebecca puts a spotlight on our identity in Christ, and how it relates to our identity in the world. Because frankly, we can be completely comfortable with our identity and relationship with Jesus, and completely uncomfortable with the rest of us. But don’t take my word for it, hop on over and read Rebecca’s post. It’s short and sweet and totally awesome.

By the way, Rebecca was also one of the contributing authors to my anthology, Candid Conversations. While each story in this book shares a unique perspective, the prevailing theme is that we all struggle but there is hope to be found in Jesus. Get your copy from Amazon or click here to learn more.
