Grace and Truth a weekly Christian Link-Up

Grace & Truth for Black Friday

Black Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year.

I don’t know what you’re doing today. If you plan to shop on Black Friday. If you’re spending it at home or at the mall. Whether you’re with family and friends or searching for the best deals. Or maybe both.

There is something I came to realize this year that I have missed in years past…

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 118:24

The truth is, everyone has an opinion about the best way to do Black Friday.

Whether you think shopping for more the day after giving thanks for what we have is wrong or if you are the expert shopper who knows how to get the best deals, we all have opinions.

And that’s just what they are.

Opinions.

If you are a blogger that took this week off to spend with family or if you’re using the extra time at home to get some writing done, it’s okay.

Wherever this Black Friday finds you, I want you to know that you are loved by Jesus. And as long as you love Him, too, that’s all that really matters.

There are no rules on how to spend your holiday weekend. There’s no catch. Which just happens to be what this week’s featured post is titled…
